Photograph Information
Each handmade photograph is signed and numbered by the artist, in limited editions, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Artist Proofs are available on a limited basis for select photographs at an additional cost. Traditionally printed photographs will be signed on the front of the print. Museum Plexiglas© framed photographs are signed on the back of the artwork. Custom sizes and framing options are available upon request. Framed photograph sizes are approximate and will vary slightly depending upon molding and liner selections and sizes.
Shipping Information: Framed Photographs
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Framed photographs are carefully and meticulously packaged, then shipped by special carrier such as Federal Express. We will contact you before shipping to coordinate a convenient time for you to receive your artwork. International shipping costs for framed artwork will vary by country of destination. For international orders, customer is responsible for all import duties and customs fees. Framed 40 x 100 and 50 x 70 artwork is transported in a custom built crate, and delivered by special freight carrier. Shipping Information: Unframed Photographs
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Unframed photographs are wrapped in acid free paper and shipped inside of a heavy-duty art tube. We will contact you before shipping to coordinate a convenient time for you to receive your artwork. Please refrain from opening the tube to inspect your photographs, until you have the assistance of a professional framer. The photographs are delicate with a glossy finish and can scratch easily even with the most careful inspection. Shipping cost for unframed prints are $30 in the United States, $50 to Alaska and Hawaii, and $125 for international shipments.
Ordering and Payments
We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For your security, your credit card number, expiration date and security code are not stored in our system after your order is processed.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax for deliveries to California.
Updating your Account Information
If your contact information changes, please notify us so that we can update our records and keep your information current. Please email or call us with new phone numbers, email, mailing or shipping address changes so that we can keep you informed of gallery news and offerings. You may update your information by filling out a comment form here.
Damage in Transit
Damage incurred during shipment is very rare. Please inspect your shipment carefully within three days of its arrival. If there is damage to your artwork in transit, you must notify us within three days. You must save the original packaging material that the artwork was sent in, as we will need this to process a claim with the carrier. A shipping carrier agent will need to visit with you to inspect the damage to proceed with a solution. Based upon the damage we will determine whether it is more appropriate to repair or replace the artwork. Rest assured that we would restore your artwork to perfect condition at no additional cost to you. The three-day inspection period does not apply to unframed photographs.
Return Policy
Each photograph is custom made at the time of purchase for the individual collector. Once photographs and framing are selected and orders are processed there cannot be modifications without additional expense. If we have made an error in your order fulfillment then we will correct the error at our expense. Otherwise, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please contact us with any issues you may have, as we strive to make sure your art purchase experience is an enjoyable one.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share, rent, sell or exchange any of your information submitted to us to any third-party companies for any reasons unless required to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas or court orders. Your information will be used to respond to your customer service inquires, schedule deliveries of products, confirm and track orders and for communication regarding products and service provided by Robert Knight only. The information you provide will be added to our secure customer database. We protect our database, require confidentiality agreements of all our employees and restrict access to your personal information from any unauthorized users. Robert Knight is committed to preserving online privacy for all of its website visitors, including children. Robert Knight Gallery is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from or sell products to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using robertknightgallery.com. We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this policy at anytime.
